Dismissal Procedures & Program Hours
***PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO PROGRAM HELD ON EARLY RELEASE DAYS***
Students will begin our program promptly at 2:45 p.m. lasting until the 5:45 p.m. dismissal. Please ensure that all parties picking up the students bring a photo ID with them at all times. The first day of program will be on the first day of school this year (Monday, September 16, 2013). It is important to have the students participate in all program activities for the three hour period. Should you require to sign your child out prior to dismissal advance notification is appreciated. You may call (915) 434-6700 during regular school hours to inform us of your child's change in schedule. Thank you for your cooperation and attention to this matter.
Student Conduct and Expectations
The 21st Century Community Learning Center is an on-campus afterschool program. As such, the rules that apply during the school day are enforced in the afterschool program. As always, students are expected to respect each other, all adults, as well as themselves. Part of the purpose of the program is to help students understand and obey established rules to ensure all participants have a secure and pleasant learning environment.
Cell phone use is not permitted in the afterschool program.
